We believe in limitless potential
Parenting is a journey where others may notice your child’s challenges first.
But you recognize their strengths—and at Achieve Milestones, we see them too. We’re here to help those strengths grow and shine.
Tap into the positive
impact of ABA therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based, data-driven therapy widely regarded as the gold standard for treating children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
Through positive reinforcement, interactive play, and consistent practice, Attain’s ABA therapists support positive behavior growth—helping your child communicate, engage socially, reduce tantrums, and build essential life skills.
Approach
01Positive
We focus on what’s working, reward your child each time they demonstrate positive behavior, and celebrate every milestone together with you.

02Collaborative
We see family as an essential part of every child’s team—helping reinforce skills and behaviors while offering invaluable insight and perspective.

03Evolving
We continuously adjust our approach based on your child’s response to each intervention, ensuring steady growth and ongoing learning.

04Transparent
As a key member of the team, you’re always informed. You’ll know the goals we’ve set, how your child is progressing, and have full access to their charts anytime.

Multiple Approaches.
One Way: Forward
Every child with an ASD diagnosis is unique—and their care should be too. At Achieve Milestones, we create personalized treatment plans designed specifically for your child, using a variety of specialized techniques. By tailoring every service to what works best, we deliver more effective care and drive meaningful, measurable progress.
Behavioral Analysis Therapy
This personalized program is tailored to your child’s unique needs, focusing on communication, social interaction, and essential life skills. Your behavior technician works closely with your BCBA, guiding your child to build new skills through gentle prompting and positive reinforcement.
Real-World Learning Training
Here, we help your child apply the skills they’re learning to everyday life by embedding them into real activities and gradually building on them over time.
Structured Skill Training
This approach focuses on teaching one specific skill—or a small set of skills—at a time. Examples include following directions, getting dressed, and building communication skills such as making sounds or requesting items.
Core Skill Response Training
A specialized approach where your child takes the lead, choosing from a range of activities offered by the therapist. This helps build internal motivation and encourages the development of positive behaviors.
Early Start Denver Model
A specialized approach sometimes used by our BCBAs, ESDM uses play-based activities that target multiple goals at once to help build communication and social connections.
Verbal Behavior Therapy
Helping your child become more interactive and expressive by developing strong communication skills.
Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
Natural Environment Teaching (NET) in ABA therapy is a child-led, play-based approach where learning occurs in familiar settings—like home, school, or the community—rather than a structured desk setting. It uses natural reinforcers (e.g., getting the toy they asked for) to teach functional communication, social skills, and behavioral goals through daily routines and interests.
Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Discrete Trial Training (DTT) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a structured, one-on-one teaching method that breaks complex skills down into small, manageable, "discrete" steps. It uses rapid, repetitive trials, promptings, and immediate positive reinforcement (such as toys or snacks) to teach new skills or behaviors to children with autism.
ABC Data in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
ABC data in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a structured assessment tool used to identify the function of a behavior by recording the Antecedent (trigger), Behavior (action), and Consequence (result). By tracking these, therapists identify patterns to create effective intervention plans, aiming to understand why a behavior occurs.
Wherever Works Best for Your Child
In-Home
Your child can receive hands-on ABA therapy at home, where they feel most comfortable.
Your therapist will also guide you and other primary caregivers on effective techniques to support positive behavior and growth beyond therapy sessions.
Community
The world beyond home is filled with sights, sounds, smells, and demands that can feel overwhelming.
By exploring it alongside their Behavior Technician, your child can build and practice essential skills in real-life settings.
Depending on their age and needs, this may include the playground, daycare, school, shopping, and more.
In-School Setting
In-School Setting ABA therapy program allows children to receive high-quality care wherever they are, and it's covered by most insurance plans.
Just like in-person sessions, your child's therapist focuses on the behaviors and skills that matter most to you, while also teaching you techniques to reinforce progress outside of therapy.
Supporting You at Every Step
Fast Enrollment
First, we’ll confirm your details and insurance coverage. Then, we’ll take time to understand your needs, goals, and priorities so we can match you with a therapist who’s the right fit for you and your family, ensuring a strong and supportive start to care.
Initial Evaluation
Your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will perform a thorough, detailed assessment of your child to identify their unique needs. This includes careful observations across multiple settings and an in-depth parent interview to understand your perspective.
Customized Care Plan Roadmap
Based on the initial evaluation, your BCBA will create a plan focused on key skills and behaviors, while guiding your child’s ABA therapy team and monitoring progress.
Approval
We’ll submit your child’s care plan to their insurance provider to confirm the hours of care they’re eligible for. Depending on the provider, this can take 1–2 weeks. Our approval team prepares and submits all required documentation upfront to help the process move quickly and efficiently.
Ongoing Care
Services are delivered by a trained behavioral care team under the supervision of a BCBA, with ongoing collaboration with caregivers. The BCBA continuously evaluates progress and adjusts treatment goals and interventions to support effective, measurable outcomes.
Ongoing Coordination
Alongside your therapy team, your family will also have a dedicated care coordinator who helps schedule sessions around your availability. You can reach out to your coordinator anytime for support with anything you need.
